My Order

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and weekends. All packages are shipped through USPS and UPS. 

If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, email I Love Me Too Support at sales@ilovemetooclub.com or call 281-970-2181 to verify your contact information. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Keep in mind that orders shipped will take an estimated 5-8 business days in transit time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at sales@ilovemetooclub.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you. Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled and shipped.

CAN I PLACE BULK BOOK ORDERS ONLINE?

You can place bulk orders on our website for up to 99 books. For orders that are 50 books or more, there is a 10-business day fulfillment, and books will be shipped to one location.

If your order requires multiple shipping destinations, do not place your order online. Please email sales@ilovemetooclub.com to process your order and get accurate shipping rates.

DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR BULK BOOK ORDERS?

Yes, here are the codes to get a discount on your bulk book orders.

10 or more - BOOKCLUB10 - 10% Off

20 or more - BOOKCLUB20 - 20% Off

50 to 99 - BOOKCLUB30 - 30% Off

HOW DO I PLACE LARGE BULK BOOK ORDERS?

If you want to order in large bulk, 100 or more books, you can request by sending an email to sales@ilovemetooclub.com or call us at 281-970-2181.

There is a 10-business day fulfillment, and books will be shipped to no more than four locations.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping varies for purchases made in the USA.

DO WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we do have plans to expand our shipping regions.

HOW IS MY PACKAGED SHIPPED?

I Love Me Too ships through United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). This can take anywhere from 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed.

Neither I Love Me Too, USPS or UPS are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. You have 7 days from receipt of delivery to return your items.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Note: All book purchases and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNS?

DO I LOVE ME TOO PAY FOR RETURNED SHIPMENTS?

No, we do not pay for return shipments. You will have to incur this expense. Note: Keep your return tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Product Care & Details

WHAT SIZE ARE THE I LOVE ME TOO HATS?

Our hats are one size fits most. It is a six-panel, unstructured hat, which makes it easy to fit your head nicely. You can adjust for sizing using the back-slide buckle closure.

MY ITEM LOOKS A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES.

We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, colors can vary slightly in different lighting.

HOW DO I WASH MY HAT?

For the best results, we suggest handwashing with cold water. However, you can also machine wash with like color clothes in cold water.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

We currently do not take custom orders.
